Well at least we know what happened..
Hahaha… it’s an all out aerial assault! Duck and cover, guys!
Pawns and queens first!
Great! I like the reference to TWO previous comics.
Thanks
Does that count as a checkmate? It’s dangerous out there, they need hard hats for just such emergencies.
Hard hats? That’s something Abe Lincoln used, right ?
Very cute
Stop…you’re making me blush.
Brilliant, Hjortur! Love the color and action. In stand-up comedy this is called a call-back, when you refer to previously mentioned material. Comedians get an even bigger laugh because the audience is already familiar with the joke.
I never knew it was called a “call-back”, but Jack Benny used to do a lot of that on his old radio show and it was quite effective.
Thanks, You have boosted my vocabulary. Usually it takes so long for me to find a good call-back that it usually ends up being a “way-back”
I never knew chess was such a dangerous game.
Chess is not for everyone.
Well executed! (pun intended)
I appreciate that. Thank you for commenting
I like how you connected to the past comics. But, so, what happened to the guy? Was he able to open his parachute? let’s see what happens!
